✦ This document contains several frequently asked questions and answers about the PokéLX Map.
Is the PokéLX map paid?
The subscription system came into effect on November 13, 2022. To keep the map running, various costs arise to maintain the web map, the Discord system and even the equipment for tracking Pokémon. You therefore need to make a contribution. For more detailed information, see our plans and prices page: pokelx.com/pricing.

How can I subscribe to the map?
To subscribe to the PokéLX service, simply choose your plan on our website, pokelx.com/pricing. When you choose your plan (if paid) you will be redirected to a payment page on our partner platform, Stripe. The platform handles payments fully automatically, allowing permissions to be renewed without any intervention on either side. For other payment methods see below.
To receive access, you need to link the e-mail address used for the contribution to Discord in order to be granted access via the command
/vincular {email}in our bot's private Poké Sentinela.
How can I cancel my contribution?
To cancel your monthly donations or make changes, you can use the payment dashboard.
Leaving the official Poké LX channels does not guarantee cancellation of the subscription, the member must intervene to cancel access!
Are there other payment methods available?
In addition to the tool we use as the official and recommended payment method, monthly contributions can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal and MBWAY.
To confirm whether these methods are still in force, please contact our team via our Discord, However, we recommend using Stripe because it is managed automatically.
What are the map's main features?
Resources may vary depending on the area in question, but at the moment all areas support visualization of Pokémon with IVs, Raids, Rockets and Quests AR/nAR.
The Lisbon area has an additional Game weather forecast feature.
Is it allowed to share PokéLX information?
All PokéLX paid information should not be disclosed to the outside world, it should only be communicated between subscribers.
If you are a subscriber and the information is leaked, we are sorry for what happened but it is beyond our control. However, we can impose sanctions on the distributor of the information.
We ask that if you know of any distributors of PokéLX information, you share this information with us so that we can take the necessary measures.
Subscribers who share information to members without access and exclusivity to Poké LX plans will be blocked from channels and services permanently.
All this information is explicit in our terms of service.
Is using the map safe for my Pokémon account?
The map is completely safe to your Pokémon account. Your Pokémon account is not and will never be associated with our map. Our team will never request information from your Pokémon account.
What are my responsibilities when using the map?
Use of the map must be responsible and follow our policies and terms of use. It is not permitted to disclose PokéLX information to non-members and no more than 2 devices should be used for the map. All members can enjoy all the areas covered by the map.
